Brugmann Conseil advises ERI Group on its capital restructuring

Brugmann Conseil is very pleased to have advised the management of ERI Group on its capital restructuring, with Andera Partners taking over from Latour Capital.

A multi-trade player serving buildings and infrastructure, ERI Group positions itself as an expert integrator in keeping the assets of major private and public clients in operational condition and in their refurbishment. Over the past 5 years, ERI’s revenue has grown from €140 million to €180 million, both organically and through the acquisitions of Elsia in 2019 (integrator of safety and security solutions) and Catelia in 2021 (studies, electrical protection and catenary works for the rail sector).
The project backed by the Andera MidCap teams is to pursue this organic growth strategy and accelerate external growth, in a market expected to grow by 5% per year.

This transaction allows François Lhoutellier, Chairman of ERI Group, to accelerate this growth trajectory by bringing 40 managers into the group’s capital.
