Brugmann Conseil supports Omnes Capital in its first partnership outside France.

We supported Omnes Capital in setting up a joint venture with Belgian real estate developer ION. This partnership, backed by a €35 million fund, aims to develop real estate projects with high environmental performance in Belgium and Luxembourg.

This partnership is Omnes’ first investment outside France. ION, renowned for its expertise in green building, will bring its in-depth knowledge of the Belgian and Luxembourg markets.

Together, Omnes Capital and ION will contribute to the creation of environmentally friendly real estate developments, aligned with the highest standards in terms of energy and carbon footprint. We are delighted to have worked once again with Omnes Capital’s Sustainable Cities team to accelerate the fund’s deployment abroad through our presence in France and Belgium.
