Brugmann Conseil advises the sellers of Hello7 as it joins the LeadAcq group

Brugmann Conseil advised the sellers of Hello7, a Brussels-based digital marketing agency, on its combination with LeadActiv, a French B2B sales prospecting agency, within the Lyon-based holding company LeadAcq. Hello7 keeps its name, its team and its offices.

Founded in Brussels in 2019 by Maël Doudelet, Hello7 serves some twenty recurring clients in SEO, online advertising, CRM, marketing automation and conversion optimization. The agency has positioned itself in generative engine optimization (GEO), visibility on generative AI platforms.

Based in Annecy, LeadActiv books qualified meetings for its B2B clients and has worked with more than 700 of them over seven years. Hello7 is the second acquisition of LeadAcq, the holding company founded by Pascal Cotte and Thierry Boissier, which now owns 100% of LeadActiv and Hello7. The group’s goal: to cover the entire sales and marketing chain of B2B clients across Europe.
