Brugmann Conseil acted as advisor to IPKonekt (formerly Bugbusters Group) on the sale of its IT division to Securinfor, a specialist in IT services and cybersecurity.
The transaction marks a milestone in the group’s transformation as it refocuses on its core business: telecom connectivity solutions.
For Securinfor, the acquisition strengthens its deployment and field capabilities in complex environments such as industry and banking. With the support of its shareholders Paluel-Marmont Capital, Bpifrance and Banque Populaire Rives de Paris Croissance, Securinfor aims to accelerate its growth in the French and European IT services market.
