Objectives and scope of services

  • Create with the team an implementation ‘Roadbook’ including the ’Day 1 operating model’ (process & business flow, legal structure, IT architecture), the implementation plan (Milestone plan and detailed plan) and the project organisation required to deliver
  • Pilot the implementation and coach the project team
  • Crisis management: take control and correct the failing implementation process, identify risks and improvement points
