Valérie started her career in 1999 as a strategy consultant with the strategy consultancy boutique Corporate Value Associates. She performed several strategy projects for international companies, such as strategic plan for a La Poste group’s activity or distribution strategy for Apple EMEA. She then worked for Neopost Group as Strategic Marketing Director and developed her competencies in market analysis, product development and range management. She created the pricing manager position. In the past years, she has worked in transformation contexts and created or restructured the Marketing / Communication department of several mid-size companies. To generate revenue and margin improvements, she has developed a customer centric culture, defined business priorities, aligned digital strategy with business strategy, optimised processes and improved department performance. With an experience both in consulting and in corporations, Valerie helps Brugmann Conseil’s clients to generate a sustainable and profitable growth.
