Franck strarts his career in 1994 as investment banker within Paribas, where he carries out midcaps deals with trade buyers and LBO funds. He then joins Oddo & Cie and is in charge of deals involving listed companies from the Technology Media & Telecom sector. In 2001 he creates Fortis Bank’s M&A business in Paris, with a focus on cross border transactions for medium sized companies. In 2006 he is appointed Corporate Development Officer of Cegelec Group, which secondary LBO defines external growth as a strategic priority. In close collaboration with the operational and the functional teams, he implements the build-up programm : identification and approach of the acquisition targets, negotiation of the deals, design and follow-up of the post merger integration plan. In 2011 he joins the French engineering group Segula Technologies as Head of Financial Services : he manages the divestment plan and is involved in the group’s refinancing issues. In 2012, Franck joins Brugmann Conseil to open its Paris office and complete the range of services with strategic operations (M&A, financing advisory), leading to a unique offering dedicated to entrepreneurs and investors.
